The Shaman is a limited edition Witoca coffee. It is a collection of the best lots of the annual harvest, with competition profiles, its cupping score exceeds 86 points on the SCA scale.
Shaman's profile presents notes of a variation of yellow fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, star fruit, featuring harmonious notes and hints of chocolate.
The fermentation, drying and roasting processes for this edition present greater complexity.
SUMAK
The Sumak is a classic edition of our coffee, offering year-round availability. It is a process of pulped coffee and fermented for several hours in order to highlight complex aromas and flavor profiles.
Sumak picks up the classic profile of a fine Amazonian robusta. It has a predominantly chocolate profile, with notes of nuts, red fruits, and a catchment score of 84 points on the SCA scale.
